This web page started with some basic information regarding the service for Kerrie. Kerrie passed away on the 2nd May 2008, and this service, 'Kerrie's Day' took place six days later, on Thursday 8th May.

The site has since developed to include some more information on activities in Kerrie's memory, and some information about Kerrie's life and passions.

There are so many people to thank I wouldn't even know where to start . Probably referring to Dianne's speech on the speeches page is as good a place as any.

Kerrie, of course, was the major force behind the entire day, and planned much of it. To have created such a wonderful event for us to attend, when she herself was grappling with all that fate could throw at her, is a huge additional testament, if any were needed, to her exceptional qualities as a human being.

On top of this, all members of the family would like to thank the scores and scores of people who sent cards, flowers, emails and even one telegram. Of course, the overwhelming message was to express sorrow at the loss of Kerrie, but so many included great memories of the lovely lass, and the belief that Kerrie will be with us as we live our lives. Thank you.
